Aethrio Hotel in Santorini, an exclusive traditional hotel in the heart of
Oia village, overlooking the sunset and situated near the main square of the village’s central church. Dedicated to guest’s pleasure and full satisfaction, our hotel is located at the central spot of Oia,
one of the most famous places in Greece.
Please note we have reserved a block of rooms,
and if you are traveling as a single, it does not change the
price per person with a suite that holds more than two people.

Coffee, tea, local herbal teas, milk and chocolate powder for children,
fruit juice, white and black bread, rusks, local puff pastries or croissant, local cheeses and AOC feta cheese, pork shoulder, seasonal fruits,
Greek yogurt, sweet and salted local croutons or cookies, Greek olives, local honey, homemade jam, chocolate / hazelnut spread, salad of the day (Greek, grape leaves, lentils, mavromatika), homemade cake or local brioche (Tsoureki).

The breakfast buffet opens at 08:30 am, but if you have to leave earlier one day to go to the airport or to join a tour, you can ask for a breakfast basket at reception. Staff delivered it to our room the evening before, and it included bread, jam, tea and coffee.
While it obviously wasn’t as nice as the regular breakfast buffet,
it was a gesture we highly appreciated.

Discover Santorini’s beautiful coastline with this delightful cruise,
which includes BBQ meal with wine and sodas.
Enjoy a refreshing swim in the clear blue waters at the red beach,
and sail past the big lighthouse south of the caldera.
Explore secluded volcanic beaches,
experience the volcanic hot springs or simply relax on deck.
To go to Greece is about submerging in the Architecture, but also bathing in the amazing waters, hot springs, and exploring the beaches.
This is included in the price per person.
It's by far the highest recommended thing to do!

Staying overnight in Oia means that you can walk back to Aethrio hotel after watching sunset. It also means that you can go out for sunrise instead when most tourists are still asleep, and you don’t have to fight large crowds.
Oia has one main pedestrian pathway that sneaks along the Caldera. Here, you find most shops and restaurants, and also most tourists.
The Aethrio Sunset Village is located in a quiet side street. You can reach the main path in around three minutes, but you’re still a little bit away from the crowds. When you’re lying at the pool, you don’t even hear the noise from the main street.
The hotel has two entrances, depending on where you want to go.
This makes it easy to reach all attractions in Oia after a short walk.

Private Terraces at Hotel
Linda will be teaching a SUNRISE yoga!
Aethrio has 2 private terraces who allow yoga exercises,
with a beautiful sea and caldera view, and a covered place
where we can provide folding beds for massage.
Usually, guests bring their material (as mats) for yoga.
Every space for exercises is
provided free of charge for your private use,
since we have reserved the entire hotel
We will coordinate special photoshoot one day,
so if you are looking to celebrate an anniversary, birthday
or special occasion please let Michael and Linda know.
